Court Forms and Criminal Procedures

For the convenience of legal practitioners, court officers and self-represented litigants, the following forms found in Schedule 1 of the Criminal Procedure Rules 2000 have been made available online.

Please note that the Criminal Procedure Rules 2000 and the attached forms may be subject to amendment. The Criminal Procedure Rules 2000 took effect on 5 February 2001 to repeal and replace the Criminal Practice Rules.

The new rules apply to proceedings in the Supreme and District courts of Western Australia. They cover all criminal proceedings in these courts including proceedings in the Court of Criminal Appeal.

Please direct any queries to the criminal registries at the Supreme Court on (08) 9421 5381 and District Court on (08) 9425 2150.

A copy of the Criminal Procedure Rules 2000 can be purchased from the State Law Publisher.
